October 27th Harvest Festival
Booths: If Interested
in setting up a Booth to Sell items
Please Contact Sean or Nicole at email nsmith@ncsgraphics.com Subject: Harvest Booth Sales. In the
email please include Items that you wish to sell, whether you will need a
table or supply a table,
and a contact name and number.
Booth set up will be at 7:00am and you will have from 8-2pm to sell.
Cost will be $5 per booth space
We have tables available if needed for a cost of $5 per table
(limited supply)
Schedule:
Booth Set Up 7am-8am
Booth Sales 8am-2pm
Transition Period (Tear Down Booths and Set Up Games)2pm-4pm
Games 4pm-6pm
Bouncy House will be open for Kids from 4pm-8pm
Fire Pit & Bingo 6pm-8pm
Any monies that we raise will go to sending our Youth to Camps and
Conferences
